These terms govern orders of flowers and floral arrangements offered by AllFlowersExpress. Any order implies full acceptance of these terms.
Orders are placed by e-mail at order@allflowersexpress.com. A quote or confirmation is sent to you before final validation and payment.
Prices shown on the site are indicative, in euros, and may vary with season, availability and volume. The binding price is the one confirmed in the quote.
Delivery times are communicated at order confirmation. As flowers are perishable goods, delivery is arranged to preserve their freshness.
In accordance with EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, which is the case for fresh flowers and floral arrangements.
Any complaint must be sent within 24 hours of delivery to order@allflowersexpress.com, with photographs where applicable.
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
