"Care / Handling For Your Beautiful Flowers"

* Upon receipt of your flowers examine them for any damage which may had occurred while traveling. Keep in mind flowers are shipped directly from the grower and may need a little TLC to allow them to preform/look their best. If any damage has occurred follow our claim policy posted on FAQ page.

* Once you've done above step fill your clean vases / buckets with 1/3 water and have them ready to start processing your flowers. If flower food packs are available please use to help flowers hydrate better. If you don't have simply pour 1/3 cup of sprite / 7up into water.

* Do not remove the flower from plastic / cardboard sleeves. The Sleeve supports flowers during hydration period while flowers can be soft due to travel. With flower cutter Cut each stem 1/2" at an angle and remove any foliage that will be below waterline. In 24-hours of flowers hydrating remove flower wrap to allow them to air out and start to bloom. At this time your flowers are ready to start working with them.

* Keep your flowers away from direct heat or sunlight. Store your flowers in a cool room the cooler the better to have them last and look their best. ( Enjoy )
